Our Australian Company is involved in the development of the software as well as Administration and Marketing functions. The Sales in Australia is performed by distributors in each state. The Philippines Company runs the global 24/7 Help Desk Operation and some marketing and adminstration functions. The Installers and trainers that look after the Asian markets are also based there. In China and India our companies only have Sales forces but as the business picks up we are committed to have installers and trainers employed as well. We also have representatives in UK, USA, Hong Kong, Singapore and Dubai.
Our systems are developed utilizing the latest .Net and Sql Server technologies with the ability to run single or multi site operations. They are designed to operate around the world with user selectable languages and ability to implement any country's taxes and rules. We interface with other systems like Micros Fidelio, MYOB, Technogym, plus have Web Booking and Call centre functionality.
Our Manila Based Call Centre utilizes the latest technologies to give an excellent service to our clients 24 hours and 7 days a week.
